Wrap me up!

After leaving church Sunday afternoon, my mom and I went to the hospital to check up on little Isaiah. When we got there, he was wearing a red knitted hat with white stripe. And he was all swaddled up. He had been warmer than they like but all the tests came back normal. They thought it was the bed. Since he lays under warmers he was getting too hot because he already maintains his own body heat. They decided to let his body do the work and just keep an eye on his temps to make sure they're normal. So the bed warmer is off and he is swaddled which he likes. Between this, his binky and lying on his belly, he is in heaven.

The nurse also told us he had opened an eye! One was wide open but the other was just slightly opened. He was lying on the side of his face, hence the barely open eye. Nurse Charlotte said another nurse saw him and she also took a picture so we would have it. We're still waiting for him to open his eyes for us.

I did kangaroo with him again. He just layed on my chest and slept. Charlotte fed him while I was holding him. He's doing well still. Still taking 3cc of breast milk but he has yet to have his first stool. I started to get tired so after an hour, it was time to put him back to get the rest he needed. His NO was weaned down again so that was good.
I'll update later with any new info! Oh...here are a couple pix my little photographer and mom took of each other.
